The Investigation of School Administrators' English Self-Efficacy Beliefs

چکیده
The purpose of this study is to determine the English self-efficacy beliefs school administrators. research adopts cross-sectional survey model sample consists 305 administrators working in schools districts Konya, Turkey. In study, “English belief scale” developed by Hancı Yanar and Bümen (2012) was used beliefs. measurement tool applied April 2022. According results administrators' are at a low level (the "very little fits"). While showed significant difference according variables duty, professional seniority administration seniority, there no based on gender, age, educational status type variables. Language activities can be organized with participation all education stakeholders order increase depending language training carried out.
